Abstract
Herbal nutraceuticals have peculiar characteristics that could help the brain to function well and to mitigate neurodegenerative disorders, which are of public health concern. Of the diverse classes of herbal nutraceuticals, polyphenol undoubtedly remains the potential candidate that could possibly solve neurogenerative crises if explored extensively. In this piece, the neuroprotective effects of herbal nutraceuticals and brain function in some selected neurodegenerative disorders are discussed.
