Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explore the creation of sustainable social impact. This study presents an empirical evidence of the creation of sustainable social impact from the outlook of an emerging economy. The study also contributes to theory by adopting an integrated theory perspective in the study of the creation of sustainable social impact. The study adopted a multiple case study strategy and qualitative data was collected using in-depth interviews. The study revealed that the various interventions implemented by social enterprises resulted in the creation of sustainable social impacts among its beneficiaries.
