Abstract

The authors regret that due to an oversight the original article did not include that the study was partly funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) through the NORHED II programme, Grant 70320. The funders had no role in the study design, data collection and analysis, the decision to publish, or the preparation of the manuscript. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
