Abstract

The authors regret In the Abstract of the above article, the sentence: “Such a difference applies especially to international trade between areas, where entomophagy has been well established, and Crick and others (1995) areas where it is new." should read as: "Such a difference applies especially to international trade between areas where entomophagy has been well established, and other areas where it is new." This correction does not affect the overall results, interpretations, or conclusions of the paper. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
