Abstract

A desk review of literature was used to examine the ways in which WhatsApp and Zoom as community mobile teaching and learning applications tools were employed during the era of COVID-19 pandemic to further their operations. Findings revealed the beliefs and perceptions church leaders and members have concerning their attitudes, self-efficacy, self-innovativeness, and readiness to use social media and zoom technology for teaching and learning purposes in their communities and homes for religious service delivery. Results showed that the effective use of social media and zoom technologies for teaching and learning in the community church service delivery is associated with the acceptance of technology on the part of church leaders’ and members’ teaching and learning processes.
